In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or failure to attend the appointment without prior notice, clients will be responsible for the full session fee. This policy ensures that we can maintain our commitment to serving all our clients effectively.
3. Rescheduling:
Clients who need to reschedule their appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated to the best of our ability. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are here to work with our clients to find a new mutually convenient time for their session.
4. Emergencies and Exceptions:
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that prevent clients from attending their scheduled appointment, we kindly request that they contact us as soon as possible. We understand that certain situations are beyond their control, and we will handle them with compassion and flexibility.
